- Association for Individual Development: Comprehensive services for children and adults with intellectual, developmental, behavioral and mental health challenges as well as those who have suffered a trauma and those in crisis.
- Service, Inc. of Illinois: Service Coordination Agency for Kane County; Serve individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- College of DuPage- Continuing Education, Developmental Education: We provide educational opportunities for young adults with mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- National Louis University: We are the PACE program. We work with students with intellectual and learning disabilities.

- Easy Peasy Therapy: Therapeutic Potty Training for children with Developmental Differences provided by an OT with over 30 years of pediatric experience.
- Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee: BPAC is a group of multilingual parents with an interest in serving our multilingual learners. Our purpose is to form a collaborative union among school district parents, teachers, and administrators.
- Batavia Public Library: The library serves individuals of all ages and abilities. We have programs and other accessibility services that will be on interest to those attending the fair.
- Elmhurst Learning & Success Academy (ELSA) at Elmhurst University: ELSA is a four-year college experience program for young adults between the ages of 18-28 with disabilities.
- Youth Outlook: Youth Outlook provides drop-in centers and safe space support for LGBTQ+ youth and families. We provide in person and virtual youth groups, support for families and community education on creating safe and affirming spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.
- Aspire: Aspire provides housing (CILA), day program, job training, community employment, life skills coaching, and transition / high school planning supports to teens and adults with disabilities. We provide in person and virtual services.

- Simplifying Therapy: We offer mental health education! We serve kids (ages 8-12), teens (13-17) and adults (18+).
- Pica & Associates Psychological Services and Holistic Medicine: "Pica & Associates Psychological Services and Holistic Medicine is a full service child, adolescent, and family psychology practice that provides an array of therapy services including: individual, marital, family, and group therapy, art therapy, psychological assessment, school consultation, ADHD services, grief counseling, postpartum depression (PPD) therapy, hypnosis and health psychology therapy, and more. Offices conveniently located in St. Charles and Geneva, with telehealth appointments available.
- The Autism Hero Project: We buy medical insurance for children on the spectrum and provide sensory friendly community events. We also work to train local police departments on Autism and help put bills into Congress that support people on the autism spectrum.
- Access Center for Disability Resources at Waubonsee Community College: Resource for faculty, staff and students. The Access Center is committed to collaborating with the campus community to increase accessibility and reduce barriers for persons with disabilities and to ensure effective delivery of student accommodations. To receive accommodations, students must declare their disability to the Access Center and complete the accommodations request process.

- HorsePower Therapeutic Riding: Children and adults with physical, cognitive, and mental disabilities
- Lighthouse Recovery, Inc.: We are an outpatient substance use treatment program providing care for adults and adolescents, offering level one outpatient treatment; level two intensive outpatient; individual and group counseling; DUI risk education and DUI evaluations and counseling; Medication Assisted Treatment; Secretary of State evaluations.

- Mid-Valley Marketplace: Mid-Valley Marketplace is a micro-enterprise that provides students from the Mid-Valley SAIL (Students Attaining Independent Living) adult transition program with opportunities to engage in vocational training activities including the production, marketing and sales of student-created crafts and baked goods. Our adult transition program serves student with disabilities after they complete their high school experience and up to the end of the school year of their 22nd birthday.

- Valley Sheltered Workshop: We serve individuals with developmental challenges - supporting them in employment, social activities and maximizing their growth as contributors to our community.

- Link Advocacy: We assist parents and guardians of students with special needs navigate the school system and obtain the assistance they feel their child needs. We work with the team in a collaborative approach to problem solve and support the student at various levels. We aim to LINK parents to their school team.
- Riverwalk Adult Day Services: We serve 18–59-year-olds with special needs. We are an adult day program that offers social, safe, stimulating and affordable activities for adults once they transition out of school.
- Batavia Fire Department: Fire prevention education. We serve the public masses.
- Special Stars Inc NFP: To provide therapeutic movement through physical activity while creating an inclusive environment for those with physical, cognitive and social differences.
- VIP Service Dog Foundation: Skilled companion, emotional support & service dogs
- Color Me Mine -Geneva: We are a paint your own pottery studio, We welcome everyone to paint. We have Caitlin's Special Needs Super Sunday the 2nd Sunday of every Month from 10am-12pm. You would sign up on our website. Some months we offer a particular project, they do not pay a studio fee and use the specialty glazes free of charge. We also do groups, they would just sign up on line or call the studio and ask for Phillis.
- Mid-Valley All-Stars Special Olympics: We offer Special Olympics programming to students K-12 and post-secondary adult transition from Batavia, Kaneland, Geneva, St. Charles and Central school districts. Our season runs from February thru May as we participate in track & field events leading up to the Spring Games competition. We also travel to the Statewide competition in June with athletes that qualify. Practices are held once a week throughout the Spring season.
- Parents Alliance Employment Project: Individualized Employment Services and training programs for people with disabilities (career exploration, job development, job placement, job support and follow up, etc)

- Illinois Respite Coalition: Lifespan Respite grants, all have funding available
- BPS101 Transition Planning: BPS101 strived to provide parents with information to support some of the major changes that students will make as they transition from Early Childhood to kindergarten, from 5th grade to 6th grade, and from 8th grade to high school. Lastly,the transition from high school to adulthood.
- Suicide Prevention Services: We are a non-profit counseling agency focused on Suicide Prevention. We see clients starting at the age of 5 all the way to adulthood.
- Chat With Me Speech Therapy, LLC: Speech, language and feeding therapy, also tutoring
- Cultivate BHE: Applied Behavior Analysis therapy services in all settings: home, school/community, clinic; Autism and related diagnoses are the main population served.
- Judson University RISE Program: Post-Secondary Certified Transition Program - Residential College Experience for young adults with intellectual disabilities with integration into a traditional university community.
- Busy Bees Tutoring: Dyslexia Tutoring (Orton-Gillingham 1:1 virtual tutoring to remediate dyslexia)
- My Recess, Inc: My Recess Therapy offers specialized occupational, speech, and physical therapy for ages 0-25. We are located in St Charles and Elgin.
- Caravel Autism Health: Autism Diagnostics and ABA Services for individuals diagnosed with ASD
- Momentum ABA Services: Momentum ABA Services provides behavior therapy to individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities
